ARTIFACT: This is a WWII USN Pearl Harbor Navy Yard Lapel Pin in Sterling Silver 'We Keep Them Fit to Fight'. Sterling WWII United States Navy Pearl Harbor Navy Yard lapel pin by Metal Art Co. Rochester, New York. The center shows a ship docked in the harbor, a crane loading its deck, in the sky above an aircraft, and below an eagle, wings spread. Surround the outer edge it reads: "WE KEEP THEM FIT TO FIGHT PEARL HARBOR NAVY YARD".

VINTAGE: WWII.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Two piece construction, sterling, plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch.

MARKINGS: (under the pin)  "METAL ARTS ROCH, N.Y."
