ARTIFACT: This is a circa World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot wing in a shirt-size by Balfour. The wing does not have a maker mark but is marked STERLING on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2" in width by 1/2" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: STERLING (very worn).

ITEM NOTES: This is from a World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBL92 LFJX

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has light wear and minor tarnishing.
