This is a United States Army Air Forces 507th Bomb Squadron, 504th Bomb Group/333rd Bomb Group, 20th Air Force jacket patch. This group flew B-29s. The patch shows an "e;Indian head"e; with a missile in the background.

Circa World War II

About 5"e; in diameter

Leather with painted detail.
