ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 3rd Air Force patch. The patch is unworn and shows a three-dimensional number three and a star at the center of a yellow border.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/4" in height and 2-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you will receive will either be the one pictured or one in very similar condition. This is from a WWII USAAF shoulder patch collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX90 LAJX4/14
