ARTIFACT: This is a United States Army Air Forces 319th FS, 325th FG, 12th AF, 15th AFjacket patch. The 319th flew P-47s and P-51s. The patch shows a weapon-toting pilot cat flying on the back of an eagle clutching a missile.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 5" wide by 5-3/4" high.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidery on wool.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto a garment.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection, which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEDX08 LFJJX

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Minor wear; slight soiling and mothing around the edges.
