ARTIFACT: This is a United States Army Air Forces 20th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force jacket patch. The 20th flew P-38s and P-51s. The patch shows a shield above the words VICTORY BY VALOR.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 4-5/8" wide by 4-5/8" high.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidery on wool.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto a garment.

MARKINGS: None.
