ARTIFACT: This is an unworn World War II United States Army Air Forces 13th Air Force shoulder patch. The patch shows a winged star with flames beneath the number 13.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto uniform.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch received will be very similar to the one pictured, but may not be the exact one. It will, of course, be from original and from the period.
