ARTIFACT: This is an unworn World War II United States Army Air Forces 10th Air Force patch. The patch shows a winged shield bearing a 10 beneath a star.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch received will be very similar to the one pictured, but may not be the exact one. It will, of course, be from original and from the period. This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RAV02 LAEX9/10
