ARTIFACT: This is a WWII Union Tank Car Company Employee Badge #288.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: About 2-1/4" in width by 1-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal one-piece safety type pin with a "C" catch with a saddle attachment to badge-back.

MARKINGS: None.
