ARTIFACT: This is an English-made patch for the United States Army Air Forces 325th Bomb Squadron, 92nd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The original owner of this patch showing a caveman charging upon a tiger was First Officer Warren Tritt, co-pilot.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 4-15/16" diameter (with two slight bump-outs for tiger's paws).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brushed felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads with muslin backing.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-NL-FJJX10 LGIEX8/10 SGEJX10/10

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Patch has a few very small moth holes and spots of wear near edge.
