ARTIFACT: This is a green back shoulder patch for the United States 2nd MAW (Marine Aircraft Wing). The patch is diamond-shaped, reads II, and shows an eagle, globe and anchor. Green back, Olive Drab Backed, O/D Back, OD Back, Greenback.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 2-11/16" height and 4" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Red fully-embroidered patch in multi-colored cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Marine Corps patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Patch purchased may either be this precise patch or one that is extremely similar. VAX99 LBHX7/10 S(1)BJX5/15
