ARTIFACT: This is a World War II shoulder patch with a green back for the United States Army 4th Service Command, part of the Army Service Forces formed around the start of World War II. The patch is blue and white with two nested shapes resembling Phillips head screwdriver holes at its center. Green back, Olive Drab Backed, O/D Back, OD Back, Greenback.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-9/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCX92 LBCX5/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows light wear and discoloration.
