ARTIFACT: This is a World War II shoulder patch with a green back and border for the United States Army 44th Infantry Division. The patch is gold with a blue border and shows two number 4s fused back to back in blue. Green back, Olive Drab Backed, O/D Back, OD Back, Greenback.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-11/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows some light wear along the bottom edge.
