ARTIFACT: This is a World War II "Bundles for Britain" donation pin showing the American flag and the Union Jack crossed in an X. This non-military aid program was begun in 1940 by a New Yorker named Mrs. Wales Latham.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with painted areas.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: BUNDLES FOR BRITAIN.
