ARTIFACT: This is an Australian-made World War II patch for the Unites States Army Air Forces Headquarters. The oversized patch is wool felt with a black paper backing and shows a winged star at center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-7/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool felt embroidered in silk/cotton threads with paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a United States Army Air Forces patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX05 LCDX3/11 SLDEX11/13

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The patch shows only light wear.
