ARTIFACT: WWII Aircraft Worker sterling lapel pin from Hartford Special Machine Co. The silver colored enamel center of the lapel pin features the image of an aircraft in black and above it reads: "WORLD WAR II", the outer edge is a blue enamel ring that reads: "THE HARTFORD SPECIAL MACHINERY CO. WE WORKED TO WIN"

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Enameled sterling

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop in swivel locking catch.

MARKINGS: "STERLING"

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The lapel pin shows minor to moderate wear and much of the enamel details remain intact.
