ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 2nd Lieutenant sweetheart pin in 10 karat gold. One end of the pin is a petite winged propeller and the other id a 2nd lieutenant's bar.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Bar: approximately 1/2" in height and 3/16" in width; propeller pin: approximately 5/16" in height and ½" in width; chain is about 1-3/4" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pins with drop-in locking swivel catches; chain.

MARKINGS: 10K on both pins.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RAJX95 LHEX8/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The pin shows very little wear or tarnish.
