ARTIFACT: This is a World War I War Savings Service celluloid major rank pin. The pin is red, white and blue and shows three stars and an oak leaf.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid-wrapped tin.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.
