ARTIFACT: This is an Extremely Rare World War I United States Air Service Biographical French Made AEF American Expeditionary Forces worn Bombing Military Aviator Wing & Insignia of 2nd Lieutenant J.R.A Emert.

VINTAGE: World War I.

SIZE: Approximately: photo: 4-1/4" in height x 5-15/16" in width. Insiginia (Image 2): 1-1/2" in height x 4-1/2" in width. / (Image 4): 4-1/8" in height x 3" in width. / (Image 6): 2-1/4" in height x 3-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Photographic paper, ink. Bullion embroidered olive drab twill, cotton. Wool felt with cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn on.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a World War I United States Air Force personal item collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.  CON-RLB-2021 LHGEJX06/12/24

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The patch is removed from Uniform, and the insignias shows some Moth holes. Overall, it is in very fine condition.
