ARTIFACT: This is a World War I service ribbon for the United States Air Service. The ribbon is in red, white and blue stripes with one star and a brass winged propeller.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: About 1/2" x 1-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Cardboard wrapped in silk ribbon with gilt brass details.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJL98 LFEX6/10 SVFEX08/30/19

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): The ribbon has spots of heavy wear and discoloration but is in intact.
