ARTIFACT: This is a World War I United States Air Service officer collar insignia. The insignia is a winged propeller with flat blades and a flat back.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16" in height and 1-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel- and copper-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in swivel locking catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJX05 LADEX7/12

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The insignia has some very light wear and tarnish.
