ARTIFACT: This is a Royal Air Force veterans' lapel badge from World War I. The badge shows an eagle on a field of emerald enamel and reads ROYAL AIR FORCE 70812.

VINTAGE: Circa post-World War I.

SIZE: 1-7/16" height and 13/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass with green enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Stud with crescent-shaped end.

MARKINGS: DINGLEY B'HAM.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TRAJX01 LIEX 5/10

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Badge shows some small spots of wear and crazing but has beautiful coloring.
