ARTIFACT: This is a World War I Liberty Loan salesman lapel badge from Detroit, Michigan. The badge is a crest with an eagle at the top and reads U.S. SALESMAN WAYNE COUNTY LIBERTY LOAN.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Copper or copper-plated brass with black enamel, brass pin.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: CADY ADV. DETROIT.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a homefront collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay RAJX94 LCDX11/10

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): The badge has moderate wear and tarnish and the pin seems to have been repaired but is missing its catch.
