ARTIFACT: This is a Wonderful Slightly Salty World War I United States Marine Corps Officer Undress EG & A Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Hat Badge so Called Ellis Type LARGE.

VINTAGE: World War I.

SIZE: Approximately: 1-5/8" in height x 1-13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Lacquered patinated Bronze.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing and one pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USMC collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VDJJM24 LBBGEX09/12/24

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The hat badge shows slightly salty, and where the lacquer has flaked off and the red bronze is coming through. Overall, it is in very fine condition.
