ARTIFACT: Wonderful and rare 1910's – early 1920's Studebaker advertising celluloid clicker by Whitehead & Hoag Co. The clicker reads: "STUDEBAKER" in the center and features the slogan: "THE CAR WITH A SNAP" along the top. The base reads: "BELL – AUTRY – BURKS CO. DALLAS". The side of the clicker reads: "THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK, N.J. PAT. DEC 6, 1904"

VINTAGE: Circa 1910's – early 1920's

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid, steel

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: "THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK, N.J. PAT. DEC 6, 1904"

ITEM NOTES: This is from an auto collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJX16 LCEGX3/16

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The celluloid shows moderate to heavy surface wear, the reverse shows oxidation, the clicker is in great working condition.
