ARTIFACT: Wonderful circa 1905 – 1910 Denver Public Tramway Company employee badge. The triangular shaped badge features a disc that shows a tramway car with the letter: "D" stamped in the center and surrounding it reads: "FOR THE GOOD OF ALL" The badge shows nice details and embellishments and reads: "DENVER PUBLIC TRAMWAY COMPANY", "EMPLOYEE INVESTOR" and the bottom is numbered: "830"

VINTAGE: Circa 1905 – 1910

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/4" x 1-3/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickeled brass, black paint

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with forked catch

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a transportation collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VFEL16 LBHEX6/16

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine—Very Fine): The badge shows minor to moderate wear mostly to high points and edges, much of the plated and painted details remain intact, overall very fine condition.
