ARTIFACT: This is a wonderful set of 1920's 2nd Infantry Division (US Army) World War I Veteran's bookends made in bronzed spelter (spelter is a kind of white metal). These are the only ones of this kind that we have seen.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920's.

SIZE: Size 4-5/8" x 2-1/4" x 5-7/8" each.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronzed Spelter (White Metal).

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWI Veteran collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCHL17 LBIEX5/17 psLCAJX5/17 (Incorrectly listed as and sold as SBAJX12/18)

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): There is some wear and deterioration to the finish, yet they are still very presentable.
