ARTIFACT: This is a Wonderful 1900's - 1910's Val Verde County Texas Deputy Sheriff Circle Cut Out Star Shield Badge. Diminutive, but great hand stamped circus lettering, iconic TEXAS around the inner star, and a heavily worn been there appearance. 

VINTAGE: 1900s - 1910s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-7/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel Plated Brass, Nickel findings.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. KEJJM23 LAHGEX07/28/23

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows a great old hand stamped badge. Most of the Nickel is worn off the front. Overall, it is in very fine condition.
