ARTIFACT: This is the Winter 1970 edition of "Cross & Cockade Journal" Volume 11, Number 4. This publication was issued quarterly by the Society of World War I Aero Historians. Some of the articles in this issue are entitled "Allied Aircraft vs. German Submarines, 1916-1918", "Flying for the Czar" and "G-8 and His Battle Aces".
