ARTIFACT: This is a fob for the 4th Annual LIFE PGA (Professional Golfers' Association) National Golf Day held on June 4, 1955 reading "I Beat Ed Furgol", the reigning U.S. Open Champion from the previous year. LIFE Magazine began sponsoring National Golf Day starting in 1952.

VINTAGE: Circa 1955.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Suspension loop.

MARKINGS: None.
