ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1910s or 1920s International Harvester watch fob. International Harvester has been manufacturing agricultural, construction and other equipment since 1902 and is now called Navistar. The distributor's name is enameled on the front of the fob around the border (McCormick-Deering Farm Machines) and there is an entwined IHC monogram at the center. On the reverse it reads COMPLIMENTS OF INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER INC. OF AMERICA CHICAGO, USA.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910s-1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze/copper-plated brass and enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Rectangular suspension loop.

MARKINGS: COMPLIMENTS OF INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER INC. OF AMERICA CHICAGO, USA on reverse.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The fob has light wear with only one small spot of enamel missing; there are some small areas of oxidation.
