ARTIFACT: This is a United States Air Force 309th Air Commando Squadron patch machine-made in Vietnam. The patch shows an aircraft shaped like a dagger sailing past a parachute and star and reads 309 AIR COMMANDO SQUADRON, PRIMUM ("above all").

VINTAGE: Circa Vietnam War.

SIZE: 4" diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Red, navy and tangerine-colored cotton patch embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk/polyester threads with muslin backing.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Patch has vibrant coloring and very few signs of wear.
