ARTIFACT: This is a Vietnamese-made badge for a United States Army combat infantryman. The badge shows a rifle on a blue painted background wreathed by oak leaves, and was made using a process which makes the front appear buffed and the reverse appear pebbly in texture.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: 1-1/16" height and 3" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass with blue painted area.

ATTACHMENT: Two pins with clutch-back fasteners.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States CIB collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAJL94 LFEX SFJX2/12

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): Badge shows some scuffing on painted area and on reverse.
