ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1936 Soviet Intourist stick pin from Berlin, Germany. Set up in 1929 by Joseph Stalin, Intourist was the nation's official travel agency. This pin dates from the time when the Olympics were being held in Berlin. It in nicely enameled, and shows a black bird in flight across a globe with a red Soviet flag behind.

VINTAGE: Circa 1936.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/8" in height and 11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Enameled brass.
