ARTIFACT: Very nice, WWII Boston, Massachusetts Air Raid Warden badge with extremely low number. The plated badge reads: "WARDEN AIR RAID" along the top and shows the number "24" in the center. The bottom reads: "POLICE DEPT. CITY OF BOSTON" in painted detail.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/16" x 1-3/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated nickel, paint

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety style pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEM92 LADEX12/15

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows moderate surface wear, much of the plating and painted details remain intact.
