ARTIFACT:
Very cool 1971 dated Vietnam War Citation for Award of the Navy Achievement Medal with Combat Distinguishing Service to United States Navy Seabee builder First Class Burton Anderson Baker. Citation is on velum and is hand-signed by Vice Admiral J. H. King Jr., Commander US Navy Forces Vietnam. The Citation comes along with a letter of recommendation and letter of approval. All three are contained in a leatherette folder that bears a ship, anchor, eagle, and globe with an outer circle that reads: "DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"
