This is a hardcover 1st edition copy of "United States Destroyer Operations in World War II" by Theodore Roscoe. The book was published in December 1953 by the United States Naval Institute in Annapolis, Maryland. It is a comprehensive history of the activities of U.S. destroyers in all theatres, and also contains lists of total losses, ships receiving citations, commanders, escorts and other pertinent information.

Published 1953 (1st edition).

581 pages with black-and-white photographs and illustrations; approximately 11-1/4" in height and 8-5/8" in width and 1-7/8" in thickness.
