ARTIFACT: This is a most-likely British jeweler made badge from a Secret Society of some kind. 

The motto "NEVER SAY DIE" is in the "garter" border, with crossed horse or deer legs at bottom. 

The badge depicts two evil sprites beneath an Infinity knot. One is holding his tail like it was genitalia and thumbing his nose at the other, who looks away in despair, his hoof resting on a human skull. between them at bottom center is the number 3. 

The badge is exquisitely made in riveted, enameled silver, with gold lettering. 

VINTAGE: Circa mid-19th century.

SIZE: Approximately: 2-1/8" in height. x 1-3/4" in width

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver, Gold letters, and Hard Fired Blue Enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal "T" pin with a "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The badge shows very little wear on front, and minor wear on back. Overall, it is gorgeous, and the badge is exquisitely made in riveted, enameled silver, with gold lettering.
