ARTIFACT: This is a Stunning Circa 1930 Schiller Park Illinois Police Chief Badge. Possibly 1st Issue. As with other Chicago Suburb, Schiller Park also has prohibition era ties to Al Capone.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930.

SIZE: Approximately 2-7/8" in height and 2-7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Heavily Gold Plated Brass with Hard Fired Blue Enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS: "THE C.H. HANSON CO CHICAGO"

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor to little wear, and Heavily Gold Plated detail and Hard Fired Blue Enamel detail is remain intact.
