ARTIFACT: This is a single rank insignia, consisting of 2 stars joined together, for a Korean War era US Marine Corps Major General. The stars are by H&H and are in sterling silver.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 15/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin on bar with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: H&H maker mark SER. 135 STERLING (on reverse of each star).

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insignia show only minor wear.
