ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful miniature set of three German World War I medals, including the Iron Cross first class, a War Service Cross and a Prussian 20 years of service cross. All three medals are in the shape of a Knight's Cross. The Prussian service medal reads XX on reverse; the war service medal reads 1914 1918 on front and the Iron Cross reads W 1914 on front and FW 1813 on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: 1-5/16" height (of stick pin attachment) and 2-1/16" width (equals length of chain binding medals).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass (silver and gold) with painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Two stick pins with loops to accommodate double braided strands from which the medals hang.

MARKINGS: N/A.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Medals show moderate wear and there are spots of tarnish on the chain.
