ARTIFACT: This is a September 1942 restricted copy of US Army "Order of Battle of the German Army" put out by the Military Intelligence Service. The book has many chapters and charts illustrating the organization of the chain of command operational in the Wehrmacht. It has some nice color illustrations of German Army insignia and badges, as well as a fold-out map of Germany.

VINTAGE: Published September 1942.

SIZE: 112 pages with fold-out map; approximately 7-3/4" in height and 5-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oaktag cover, paper.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.

MARKINGS: September 1942 Military Intelligence Service Washington, D.C.; Roy T. Lang Lt., Inf. stamped on first page; School Supply MITC stamped on cover.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII United States Army manual collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX05 LFJX2/14 SFEX7/16

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): The book has moderate wear and fading and has separation of the spine inside (still holding together).
