ARTIFACT: This is a scarce World War II United States Army 324th Infantry Regiment unit crest by S.E. Eby on Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The unit was a part of the 44th Infantry Division and it was attached to the 7th Army during its World War II service in France and Germany. The crest reads "LET'S GO" and shows a cat and a Cross of Lorraine in enamel.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS: S.E. Eby Phila. PA.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army unit crest collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months MBJX13 LHEX9/13 SGEX10/14

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The crest has only some very light wear; some oxidation and tarnish on the reverse only.
