ARTIFACT: This is a World War II Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) pilot wing. It is flat (unpadded), and meant for war or battle dress. The embroidery on the wing is thin.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 4-5/8" in width by 1-9/16" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered thread on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has some minor wear and soiling.
