ARTIFACT: Scarce WWII Radar Bombing Manual for B-29s printed October 1944 "Under the direction of the Commanding General AAF Eastern Technical Training Command ST. Louis, Missouri. By training literature and instructional chart preparation unit". The nearly 80 page confidential manual covers the principles and procedures of radar bombing, planning an attack, common errors to avoid, and operational techniques. The front of the manual reads: "RADAR" across the top and the center shows a scope and two bombs dropping. The bottom of the front page reads: "BOMBING”, "CONFIDENTIAL" and is numbered "374" in the bottom corner.

SIZE: Approximately 10-1/8" x 8"

ATTACHMENT: Binding bound by three staples
