ARTIFACT: This is a scarce World War II Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) operational wings badge given for the completion of one tour. The badge is in gilt sterling silver, and is a winged "O" with a bar hanging underneath.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 1-1/2"; in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Two screw posts, disc backings, chain links, back plate.

MARKINGS: STERLING on back of badge, under plate.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge has some very light wear only.
