ARTIFACT: Scarce late 1940's USAAF/USAF Liaison Pilot Wing, shirt size and German-made by Assman during the early Occupation Period – a winged shield bearing the letter: "L" in raised detail.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 2" x 7/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated white metal

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutchbacks

MARKINGS: "A", "349"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF/USAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBEZ16 LAHEX12/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The wing shows minor wear, nearly all the plated details remain intact, overall excellent condition.
