ARTIFACT: This is a scarce Italian-made shoulder patch in bullion for the 12th United States Air Force. The patch is triangular and shows a raised, winged star at center bearing a 12.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 2-9/16" height and 2-7/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Felt embroidered with silk/cotton and bullion threads, cotton backing.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Patch shows moderate tarnishing on bullion and light to medium wear at edge.
