ARTIFACT: Scarce early 1960's United States Air Force Missileman Badge, full size in sterling silver. The badge shows a missile poised for takeoff with four stars in the background.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's

SIZE: 2 ½" x ¾"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Heavy two-piece riveted construction in die-struck sterling silver, maker mark 'G'.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with brass clutchbacks, rivet.

MARKINGS: STERLING G

ITEM NOTES: This is from a small group USAF Badges of which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEX14 LFEX9/14 SFEX12/14

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Rivet is ever so slightly loose, shows light wear and tarnish.
