ARTIFACT: This is a scarce early 1930s United States Marine Corps enlisted man dress collar insignia in Meyer Metal, a proprietary metallic mix of that company that is very resistant to tarnishing. The insignia is an eagle, anchor and globe with the eagle facing left.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1930's.

SIZE: Approximately 1" in height x 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing with stabilization pin.

MARKINGS: MEYER METAL.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Marine Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCAX98 LAAEX7/11 SAAE05/10/22

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The insignia has some light to medium wear and a handsome overall tarnish.
